    Latest

    • Plan your body-fat milestones with Tracked Pro: see what you'd weigh at each body-fat checkpoint you pick.

    • Rename and delete Saved Days.
    • TACO (Brazil) is now a food search source.
    • Today's calorie badge now compares you with where you'd expect to be at this time of day.

    • See your clients' set, exercise and reflection notes.
    • Daily Touchpoints are redesigned with quick nudges, as are the weekly cardio goal and training material access screens.
    • Check-ins refresh when you come back to them.

    FIXED

    • Narrated video reviews recorded on iPhone keep the coach's voice.
    • Interrupted set-video uploads resume, and picking a set video no longer stalls.
    • Session totals leave out warm-up sets, so sets, reps and volume match the rows below them.

    • The calorie target screen uses your measured expenditure as maintenance.
    • The Target score names the nutrients it grades.
    • A program started "tomorrow" no longer starts today.

  2. 8.0.4

A rebuilt session share card, faster meal photos, and straight answers when a workout is locked.

    NEW

    • The session share card is rebuilt: stacked panels, a condensed exercise table with your best set and RIR badges, and total sets, duration and volume at a glance.
    • Add a QR code to the card, inline or large, so anyone who scans it can save the workout to Tracked.
    • Share a session straight from its card menu on the dashboard.
    • Meal photo analysis is faster end to end, and a photo with no food in it now says so instead of guessing.
    • Clarifying and reviewing a meal photo has been redesigned.
    • A workout you can no longer open now tells you why, names who owns it, and still lists its exercises alphabetically.
    • Open a coaching plan you bought straight from its purchase link, and review purchased meal plans in the app.

    FOR COACHES

    • New training generation controls, and a generation request that was abandoned now recovers instead of stalling.
    • Buyers hear back when you accept or decline their coaching application.
    • Capture a training draft from a template, and review managed drafts before they go out.
    • A monthly coaching activation recovers after its cooldown.

    FIXED

    • Your own workouts stay yours: a long copy history no longer locks you out of a session you own.
    • The paywall charges for the package it is showing, so a referral discount is applied at checkout.
    • One step-goal rule everywhere, so your step streak reads the same on My Stats and on Friends.
    • A reminder saves the minute you picked instead of rounding it.
    • After swapping an exercise mid-session, the checkmark appears once the task is done.

  3. 8.0.3

Describe a meal instead of photographing it, guided tasks for Roscoe, and a long list of fixes.

    NEW

    • Log a meal by describing it: say or type what you ate and Tracked identifies each food and its nutrition. No photo needed.
    • Roscoe guided tasks: review a workout, build a workout or a program, review a check-in, or walk through your week — pick one and Roscoe takes it from there.
    • Adjust today's workout to the time and equipment you actually have. Confirm each exercise, see before and after side by side, and review the whole thing offline before anything saves.
    • Roscoe now asks before it changes your data, shows exactly what it will write, and lets you undo it.
    • Weekly step goal progress on the Insights screen.
    • Cardio reminders can run on several days a week instead of just one.
    • Gym owners can edit their gym's name, type, description and address.
    • Record a video on an isometric hold set.
    • Neutral: a new Pro theme, the dark theme with the blue drained out of its greys.
    • A redesigned shared media panel in conversations.

    FOR COACHES

    • Sponsor Tracked Pro for a client, and it applies the moment they open the app.
    • Comment on an isometric hold set.
    • Payment setup stays reachable from the client surface, and a client whose coach has set up billing now sees the subscribe button.

    FIXED

    • Your expenditure trend now calibrates from your first weigh-in, and tells you which days it is still missing.
    • Weigh-ins are never converted through a guessed unit, and a settings sync no longer erases the unit you set.
    • A missing unit preference no longer takes down Settings > General.
    • A deliberately typed 0 kg saves on weight-and-reps exercises.
    • Sleep recorded on your device is no longer quietly replaced by an older value.
    • Supplements you scan can be saved — food analysis now returns a per-unit weight.
    • Recipes accept whole servings and stop blaming the network for your input.
    • Brand and Description on the food form no longer swallow keystrokes, and photos you attach stay attached.
    • A session summary counts a duplicated exercise's sets once, not once per copy.
    • Coach notes appear before the session syncs, the set list keeps its order, and unilateral limb rows no longer overlap.
    • The newest note shows on the session card, and the coach's demo video has a control that opens it.
    • The session screen refreshes when you save an exercise note.
    • Step values on Insights no longer collapse to an unreadable size.
    • Long-press works on image captions, voice notes and photos in chat.
    • The client picker and new conversation open reliably after another sheet closes.

    • Fixed a crash on launch.
    • Faster Pro checks across the app, plus translation fixes in German and Polish.
  4. 8.0.2

Tracked for Apple Watch, two-way Apple Health sync, and Home Screen widgets.

    NEW

    • Tracked for Apple Watch: log your sets from your wrist, follow the rest timer, and see your heart rate during the session. It opens with an active Tracked workout on your phone, and saves the finished workout to Apple Health.
    • Apple Health import: bodyweight, sleep, body fat, lean mass, waist, active energy, resting heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, temperature, and workouts you recorded in other apps.
    • Tracked now writes back to Apple Health too: your strength sessions, cardio with distance, weigh-ins, food log and water.
    • One Health screen in Settings shows exactly what Tracked can read, with a separate switch for each thing it writes.
    • Continuous glucose alongside your meal timeline, if you opt in.
    • Home Screen widgets: your live session with the rest timer, Steps, and a Daily Summary in two sizes.
    • Lock Screen widgets for water and steps.
    • Readiness and set predictions now use your resting heart rate and HRV.
    • Search every message, pin the ones that matter, and share an exercise into a conversation.
    • React and comment on workouts, and block an account.
    • A redesigned steps screen.
    • Macro rows show the grams you have left instead of a percentage.
    • Polish is now available.

    FOR COACHES

    • A Recovery card with readiness, sleep and — with your client's consent — resting heart rate and HRV.
    • A recovery section in progress reports, touchpoints and the monthly report, plus an alert when a client needs attention.
    • Water trends and goals.
    • Edit a client's assigned program from your phone.

    FIXED

    • Naming an exercise single-arm or single-leg now actually marks it unilateral, instead of only changing its name.
    • Health importing no longer re-runs on every step update, which was draining battery.
    • The first sync after updating no longer re-downloads your whole history.
    • Steps stay pinned to the source that recorded them, so they are never counted twice.
    • Buttons in native sheets respond across their whole label.
    • The chat microphone survives a failed recording, and a stopped recording keeps its waveform.
    • In video review, pause stays paused and the controls stay off your client's technique.
    • Sending coach feedback no longer reports a problem on our side as your mistake.
    • Fixed a crash on launch and one in the session widget.
    • Faster dashboards, history and nutrition screens.
    • Restored translations across languages.
  5. 8.0.0

    • Saved Days: save a full day of meals in their slots and log the whole day again in one tap.

    • A rebuilt bodyweight history with Insights and Table tabs — current trend, weekly rate, 30-day consistency, all-time change, and how much your weigh-ins normally move around your trend.
    • A new sleep history: 30-day average, nights logged, how you rank for sleep duration, a year view, and the source each night came from.
    • Workout history now has month and year calendar views with your workout counts.
    • Pause a workout and resume it later.
    • Log several isometric holds in a set, with a timer that runs automatically.
    • Training groups get challenges and announcements.

    • Customize the sidebar and keep your layout.
    • Add supplements or medication to your checklist, with a dose and a reminder.
    • Filter your notifications and act on several at once.

    • A weekly coaching timeline on roadmaps, plus a target event countdown for a meet, show or race.
    • Prescribe cardio in the program builder with intensity, target minutes and instructions.

    • One permanent coach code, and group creation is open to every coach.
    • Preview an assigned plan the way your client sees it.
    • Log a client's bodyweight, and set per-weekday calorie, macro and micro targets.
    • Set per-client supplement timing, and clear a tempo prescription.
    • Video feedback is anchored to the set it belongs to, with a link to the previous workout's notes.

    FIXED

    • A session summary counts the sets you actually tracked, not the workout's estimate.
    • Nutrition totals match the items listed, and per-food nutrients refresh after an edit.
    • Food search ranks results before trimming them, and matches across accents.
    • Your smoothed bodyweight average stays inside your recent weigh-ins when a cut plateaus.
    • A unilateral set counts both sides in dashboard volume.
    • The side drawer no longer wedges open.
    • Notifications reach you again after switching accounts.
    • Shared workouts convert to your units, and physique photo weights carry your bodyweight unit.
    • Coaches see every clip on a set, and their client's isometric holds.
    • Telestration keeps strokes off the pager and freezes the frame you are marking.
    • The bodyweight unit toggle relabels only and never rewrites entries.
    • Exercise video trims are kept, and the gym picker scrolls.
    • Restored translations and accents across languages.
  6. 7.4.1

Compare any two sessions, a rebuilt photo compare, a daily checklist, and a long list of fixes to sleep, bodyweight and Health sync.

    NEW

    • Compare a session against any earlier session of the same workout, side by side.

    • Cream, a new warm light theme (Pro).
    • A daily checklist you can add to your dashboard, with reminders (Pro).
    • Reorder workout folders by dragging their header, and the program builder's workout picker is grouped by folder and can create a workout in place.
    • Reschedule a program day within its week without shifting the rest of the program.
    • Give each weekday its own nutrition day type, so training and rest days carry their own targets.
    • AI Quick Add estimates micronutrients and the fat breakdown, is grounded on the food database, and keeps the name you typed.
    • Recently logged foods are pinned to the top of food search, and you can copy a food that is itself a copy.
    • Log steps yourself when your phone missed them.
    • Tempo names all four phases and orients them per exercise, and exercises can be marked alternating so reps are entered per side.
    • The rest timer alert is time sensitive and plays a real sound, and the Live Activity's -15s and +15s buttons are tappable.
    • Choose which notifications reach you by category, and a notification opens straight to what it is about.
    • Fitbit now syncs through Google's new API.

    FOR COACHES

    • Review a client's clip by recording your camera and voice over it, or by drawing on it.
    • A client-scoped active program section, and editing a day asks what the change should apply to.
    • See a client's exercise progress in their Exercises tab, and their manual steps in your views.
    • Assign checklist items to a client, lock how they are checked, and set when they start and remind.
    • See which clients can actually receive your notifications, and filter the client list by it.

    FIXED

    • Health sync no longer brings back weigh-ins or step days you deleted.
    • Manual sleep entry no longer treats time in bed as time asleep.
    • Your week start comes from your account preference, never the device.
    • Calibrated TDEE no longer double-converts pounds, and measures your real weigh-in span.
    • Bodyweight ETA direction, a flat trend told apart from no trend, and streak grace.
    • A unilateral set counts once toward volume and once in set history.
    • Isometric holds show in exercise history and are numbered uniquely.
    • Fixed a lockup when creating an exercise, and exercises refresh after an edit.

    • A failed voice log no longer leaves your audio quiet.
    • Fullscreen video respects the screen's insets, with a clearer screen when a video cannot load.

    • "Apply Previous" uses the most recent training date and stays on the exercise you opened.
    • Opening a session from the consistency heatmap no longer traps you in History.
    • Your next check-in is always named with a relative day, and trends drop questions your coach removed.
    • Other members' surnames are no longer shown in messages, pushes, or social screens.
    • Restored missing accents and translated strings across languages.
  7. 7.3.8

Recipes, meal plans you can switch between, a weekly calorie budget, and a rebuilt coach client view.

    NEW

    • Recipes: build one from ingredients, or save a meal you already logged, then log it into any meal in one tap.
    • See every meal plan your coach assigned and switch between them. A plan day can follow a specific program workout.
    • Your coach can set a weekly calorie budget instead of a daily one, so a big day borrows from the rest of the week, and can set micronutrient goals alongside your macros.
    • Solve a portion from a target: enter the calories or protein you want and Tracked works out the serving.
    • Filter food search by source, search the Italian CREA database, and Open Food Facts now searches in your language.
    • The quick-action button: press and hold to drag straight to an action, the photo action opens the camera, and water and weight log from their own sheets.
    • Skip a day in your program without shifting everything after it.
    • Add notes to a cardio entry, and log weighted isometric holds.
    • Gym equipment search is fuzzy, so near-misses still find it. Gyms is out of beta.

    FOR COACHES

    • The Clients tab is rebuilt around adherence, grouping clients by how well they are keeping up.
    • The client Overview is a widget grid with status tags, Cardio and Training sections, and the lifts that moved most.
    • Client sessions split into an estimated-1RM review and a full history.
    • Daily touchpoints: a screen per day, notifications that open straight to it, and settings to tune it.
    • A micronutrient overview flags chronic deficiencies, and the nutrition view carries a full macro summary.
    • A steps overview compares the last 7 days with the 7 before.
    • Inviting a client is one tap to the share sheet, and you can skip a client's setup checklist.
    • Clients are told when you view their profile, and profile details open as full screens instead of sheets.

    FIXED

    • Sleep records stored with legacy timestamps finally sync.
    • Logging a food from a meal photo no longer fails on a food your device had not downloaded.
    • Half sets are no longer rounded away, and bodyweight exercises count toward muscle volume.
    • Fixed a crash on the Exercises screen and in the session header.
    • The food streak counts again, and custom foods stay searchable after an edit.
    • Unilateral sets pick the first limb from what you logged, not what you typed.
    • Settings changed on the dashboard no longer revert, and an edit made just before leaving a screen is kept.
    • Changing your bodyweight unit converts your entries instead of relabeling them.
    • Food photo analysis tolerates unusual responses instead of failing.
    • Recipes report a partial load instead of quietly showing a short list.
    • Pinned Favorites are back in food search, and errors are told apart from empty results.
    • "Apply to all" on exercise metadata copied the wrong row and froze the screen.
    • The app download is about 13 MB smaller, and more of the app is translated.
  8. 7.3.7

A rebuilt coach home screen, workout edits that carry into future weeks, notification controls per group, and a long list of fixes.

    NEW

    • Changes you make to a workout mid-session can now apply to every future week of your program.
    • Mute notifications by group: keep your personal reminders while silencing coaching updates, or the other way around.
    • Progress photo comparisons open full screen and swipe between pairs, and you can correct a photo's date.
    • See the calories you have left while you log food, add water straight from the nutrition screen, and pick a countable serving — "1 bar" — for products that come that way.
    • Completed workouts now show a checkmark in your program.
    • Verified exercises carry a badge in the exercise picker.
    • New adductor measurement sites, tracked per side.
    • Supplements your coach set up now appear in your Supplements tab.

    FOR COACHES

    • The coach home screen is rebuilt for morning triage: a ranked list of the clients who need attention, each with the reason and how long it has been, tapping straight to the part of their profile where you can act on it. A full attention screen holds the rest, and Messages and Form Checks sit beside it with their counts.
    • Get alerted when a client's lift stalls or goes backwards.
    • Chart a client's check-in answers over time.
    • Client readiness now shows in the overview's Lifestyle section, and the Sleep row opens a full breakdown.
    • Program edits made on the coach dashboard now reach mobile previews and Start Workout.

    FIXED

    • Sleep records the minutes you were actually asleep instead of time in bed, counts nights reported without stages, and hides zero-minute stages.
    • The rest timer no longer restarts when you save a unilateral set, and a failed timer notification no longer breaks it.
    • Warm-up sets no longer count toward muscle volume, and unilateral sets count per limb.
    • Estimated 1RM accounts for the intensity scale you use.
    • Your own foods rank first in food search, and nutrients you clear on a custom food stay cleared.
    • Entries logged in grams stay in grams when you edit them.
    • A failed food photo analysis now says so, and can be retried.
    • Meals show up right after logging, and nutrition streaks refresh.
    • Ending a session is durable, and session durations on a shared link are sensible again.
    • The calendar opens on the right day, and its indicators are easier to tell apart.
    • Check-ins accept comma decimals, no longer wait on the network to render, and stay visible to coaches who are also clients.
    • Exercise videos no longer duplicate, and deleting one removes every copy.
    • Keyboards dismiss when a form scrolls, and the nickname sheet no longer hides behind them.
    • More complete translations in every language.
  9. 7.3.6

Smarter exercise trends, a rest timer with sound, a sleep source you choose, and a long list of fixes.

    NEW

    • Exercise trends now judge progress on weight, reps and effort together. Hold the weight but add a rep — or hit the same set easier — and it counts as progress, not a stall.
    • The rest timer can play a sound when it ends, and you can switch it on for warmup sets too.
    • Choose whether your nightly sleep comes from Apple Health or Fitbit when both report the same night.
    • Scope the exercise statistics graph to your current program, and open a lift's history for this workout straight from the set label.
    • Create a new workout right inside a folder instead of building it at the top level and moving it after.
    • Net carbs now carry through the macros widget and nutrient summary, sugar totals are filled in, and the weekly summary shows your target beside what you achieved.
    • Set predictions follow the prescribed RIR, and predicted weights show in your own unit.
    • Tap a notification to go straight to what it's about.
    • Per-muscle volume is weighted by involvement — primary movers count fully, secondary ones count half.

    FOR COACHES

    • Foods you create now reach your clients: your library shows up in their food search.
    • The nutrition targets sheet is rebuilt into a form and a calculator, with estimate-from-intake and grams per lb/kg beside every target.
    • A training phase links to its program even when that program isn't downloaded, and dead nutrition goal links are gone.

    FIXED

    • Workout templates were invisible and untappable inside folders.
    • Program weeks ticked over a day late, every week.
    • Swapping an exercise left empty 0x0 entries in your history.
    • Weight can be entered for timer-logged holds again, and the rounds chip is back.
    • Editing a set of a session you already ended no longer starts a rest timer.
    • The side drawer could get stuck open.
    • One swipe no longer grabs both a sheet and the screen behind it.
    • Coaches keep their place on a client's profile after a trip into a sub-screen.
    • Check-in scale questions honor the question's direction.
    • Apple Health now syncs when the app is open instead of failing quietly in the background.

    • Failures no longer announce themselves with a success checkmark.
    • A weight of zero is no longer treated as a logged weigh-in.
    • Duplicate muscle mappings no longer multiplied your volume stats.
    • Macro grams round consistently — 2.6 g no longer reads as "3" — and the macro bar always matches its percentage.
    • The photo Compare hand-off survives switching between galleries.
    • More complete translations in every language.
  10. 7.3.5

Rebuilt check-ins for coaches and clients, training phases, set-failure tracking, and a long list of fixes.

    NEW

    • Check-ins, rebuilt: answers autosave as you type, dates follow your timezone, and trends show whether you're heading the right way.
    • Mark a set as failed with the new "F" option. Failed sets count toward your strength records and skip the effort prompt.
    • A notifications bell right in the header, so nothing slips past you.
    • The nutrition day view is now the same week ledger as the dashboard, and settings are reorganized into clear groups.
    • Sleep from Fitbit syncs visibly and can backfill your history.
    • A new Stone theme for Pro members.

    FOR COACHES

    • Check-in templates: start from guided starters, send weekly, biweekly or monthly, and let automatic reminders and missed-check-in follow-ups do the chasing.
    • Training phases: plan, edit and track each client's phases from their profile.
    • Organize your roster into categories, and assign training straight from folders.
    • Program exercise trends — the same trends your clients see.
    • A most-recent-session card on the client overview, and clients now get notified when you deliver a workout.
    • Turn feedback on a workout into a chat discussion.

    FIXED

    • A rare crash that could kick you out mid-workout.

    • Coach sheets that could stop opening, photos that flickered while loading, and sheets tucked under the status bar.
    • Coaches whose trial lapsed can subscribe again without being stuck in athlete mode.
    • More complete translations in every language.
  11. 7.3.4

A big speed pass across the whole app, macro target ranges, meal photos, and a smarter meal helper for coaches.

    FASTER

    • A much faster cold start, and screens that open right away instead of waiting on the app to catch up.
    • Food search is rebuilt and near-instant, and workout and history lists stay smooth however long they get.
    • Typing in a session no longer lags, and your calendar and dashboard load off the main thread so nothing blocks the screen.
    • Sync is quieter in the background and stays out of the way of what you're doing.

    NEW

    • Macro target ranges. Set a range instead of a single number for calories and macros, and track against it everywhere.
    • Add a photo to any meal, and share it on a card that shows what you logged.
    • A weekly nutrition summary that compares this week against the last one.
    • Cardio is now a time-first flow with a weekly goal, and the dashboard card takes you straight to your history.
    • Reminders for meals, steps and cardio, alongside the ones you already have for weigh-ins.
    • Import your workout history from Lyfta.
    • Delete a sleep log, and long-press the sleep card for quick options.
    • Food search results are grouped by source, and the calendar now spans five years back.

    FOR COACHES

    • Meal helper: a Tracked food library, a food picker you can browse and multi-select, and helpers that surface fibre, food diversity, fermented foods and micronutrient gaps.
    • Weigh-in accountability. Get alerted when a client misses a weigh-in or logs an unusual one, and pick what you're alerted about.
    • One-tap nudges for weigh-ins, meals, steps and cardio.
    • Progress reports now adapt to your client's goal.
    • Prescribe macro ranges instead of exact numbers, and fold weekly cardio into your TDEE estimate.

    FIXED

    • "Today" now follows your timezone instead of UTC.
    • Bodyweight shows a decimal in lbs, and your history goes back further than 12 months.
    • Fixed food that was logged but never showed up, and food you couldn't drag to reorder.
    • Fixed lists freezing mid-drag and snapping back to the wrong place.
    • Serving size Amount is genuinely optional and no longer drops keystrokes.
    • Water counts toward your Water nutrient, in ml. Omega-3 EPA and DHA convert correctly, and implausible nutrient values no longer slip in.
    • Fixed macro bars with a goal of zero.
    • Fixed a manual sync that could stall, and sharing a workout that could hang.
    • Fixed a crash on the notifications screen, step counts being overwritten, and videos stuck on "Processing".
    • Fixed friends' workouts missing from your feed, missing calendar dots, and a blank dashboard on launch.
  12. 7.3.0

Voice notes, new home screen widgets, and a big upgrade to coaching from your phone.

    NEW

    • Voice notes. Hold to record, slide up to lock for hands-free, slide left to cancel, and play it back with a waveform right in the chat.
    • Two new home screen widgets. Quick Actions for jumping straight into the app, and a water widget you can tap to log without opening it.
    • Send photos in messages, set quiet hours so notifications wait until you're ready, and long-press any message for reactions and actions in a redesigned sheet.
    • Training and rest day nutrition targets. Set different calories and macros for each, and let the app do the carb math.
    • Weigh-in reminders, so you get a nudge on the days you plan to weigh in.
    • Backdate progress photos. Took it yesterday? Pick the date when you upload.
    • Isometric holds are easier to find, and show your hold progress as you go.

    FOR COACHES

    • Build a workout for a client on your phone and deliver it straight to them, with their recent exercises and context in the picker.
    • Turn a session your client logged into your own reusable template.
    • A rebuilt client profile: measurements you can add and edit, a weekly summary grid, progress-report controls, and their body data shown in your units.
    • Review form checks in a dedicated queue and reply with a video of your own.
    • Prescribe nutrition targets, a daily step goal, and a weekly cardio goal — with a live calorie readout and an estimated TDEE from your client's intake.
    • Meal helper. Build a curated food list and day structure, add a supplement guide, and assign it.
    • Assign a training program in one tap, guided by a setup checklist on the client's profile.
    • A redesigned check-ins tab with a stats strip and recurring groups.

    IMPROVED

    • Large videos now upload instead of being rejected, and set videos no longer sit on "Processing…" forever — they report what really happened and recover on their own.
    • Sleep and cardio dashboard cards lead with the number that matters, and appear by default on new dashboards.
    • Key Nutrients shows what you've had against your target instead of a percentage.
    • Messaging reconnects more reliably and keeps the attach button working while it does.
    • More reliable photo and video uploads, and faster sync after you log food.

    FIXED

    • Fixed a food-logging streak that showed 0 even with days logged.
    • Fixed custom food micronutrients shrinking each time you edited the food, and Omega-3 now adds up ALA, EPA and DHA.
    • Fixed a crash when favoriting a food, and a crash when uploading a file that had moved.
    • Fixed screens reporting "nothing here" when a load had actually failed.
    • Fixed taps stopping working after closing certain menus, and double-taps creating duplicate programs and roadmaps.
    • Bodyweight sets now accept a weight of 0.
    • Cronometer imports work again, and saving an image to your library no longer fails.
    • More of the app translated, plus lots of smaller crash and sync fixes.
